Adenoidectomy is usualy done along with Tonsillectomy, but it may to be done without tonsillectomy in case of adenoid causing snoring , sleep apnea and glue ear.Traditional method of adenoidectomy is by curettage, but here Coblation technology is used.

The procedure can be performed on an outpatient basis. In such cases, patients typically return home shortly after the procedure.
