Day 2 of Rhinoplasty: After 24 hrs of the intra nasal merocel packs are removed.One expects mild bleeding on pack removal.There is hardly any post operative swelling in the face as one can see.After the nasal packs removed, the patient goes home and return after 5 days for removal of stitches and splints.
