Preop planning of Rhinoplasty and Forehead cartilage Augmentation in a 27 yr old girl who had Facial Hemi Atrophy (Scleroderma-Rhomberg disease). Cartilage graft from the ear and nasal septum to augment the nasal and forehead deformity is planned. She had failed fat injection and other plastic surgical procedure with out any improvement.
