• Packing the Sinus.

  

  After Sinus Surgery,(Caldwel Luc and FESS) the antrum is packed with a Foleys catheter inflated with 20 ml Saline, the Nasal cavity is packed with Merocel.Both the packs are removed after 24 hrs.
