Here an young lad aged 21 years,wants to get his nose fixed.Having a big nose for his small face,is not that he wants.Pre op evaluation and planning is being done on the first visit.On the next visit detailed blood work up and CT sinus etc will be done, then a Pre anesthetic check up, before he goes to theatre.
