Here an young lady who had Hemi facial Atrophy (Romberg disease) undergoes augmentation Rhinoplasty with conchal and septal cartilage grafts. Long-term results of Rhinoplasty require that the nose be structurally supported with cartilage grafts. Ear cartilage is suitable for many applications in Rhinoplasty. If performed correctly, there usually is no change in the shape of the ear. But in this case conchal graft is not enough, so I took septal cartilage and fat to get adequate augmentation.
