The nasal passage of this patient were filled with polyps and thick, greasy and tightly packed Fungal material.This is removed by Suction and microdebrider.The ethmoid sinuses on the right side show a large polyp filled with Aspergillus.It is AFS (Allergic Fungal Sinusitis involving the Ethmoid Sinus)
