11 year old Sona is an active singer in her local church choir but these days her voice breaks and pitch changed.She attained puberty 2 months ago.She also has enlarged adenoid and tonsils causing snoring and sore throats.She will benefit from voice therapy,removal of tonsil and adenoid.
