Septoplasty is a procedure designed to correct the shape of the nasal septum to improve the nasal airway.Septoplasty, if not done correctly there is the risk of septal instability, which may result in a saddle nose deformity.

Here this patient underwent septoplasty elsewhere to cure Obstructive Sleep Apnea, but didn’t work.A redo septoplasty is attempted as part of OSA surgery.
