Tuberculosis of the ENT region is one of the rarer forms of extra pulmonary tuberculosis but still poses a significant clinical and diagnostic challenge.TB Cervical Lymphadenitis,TB middle ear and mastoid,TB Larynx and TB of Sinuses and Nasopharynx are still not uncommon.

Today, approximately 95% of mycobacterial cervical infections in adults are caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and the remainder are caused by atypical mycobacterium, or nontuberculous mycobacterium.
This Patient had TB Cervical Lymphadenitis Treated with a combination of isoniazid, rifampicin , and pyrazinamide for 9 months.Now he attends the follow up clinic.
