Coblation Surgery is otherwise cold ablation, uses RF energy in a saline medium. The heat geneerated is only 40-70 degree C.There is less thermal damage, hence post op pain is less and faster healing.It is better than Laser or any other traditional method of Tonsillectomy in my experience.
