Relationship between sex and sneezing
When a person is sexually excited, his or her nose starts producing watery secretions. This commonly occurs at the time of honeymoon of newly weds. At the moments of sexual excitement of the newly weds, watery fluids starts coming out of their nose which is known as honeymoon rhinorrhea and the nose gets blocked due to congestion. This all depends on the activity of the sympathetic-parasympathetic nervous system.
The basic idea is that more blood flows both to your nose and your genitals when you’re aroused, and so the nasal tissue becomes swollen.
The phenomenon of honeymoon rhinitis is characterized by nasal congestion , runny nose and sneezing during sexual arousal . These individuals sneeze as a direct result of sexual thoughts and arousal. Furthermore, the sneezing may occur at any point during a sexual experience, and most importantly occurs independently of any external nasal stimuli or allergens. Those already having nasal congestion due to allergy and other factors get the honeymoon rhinitis symptoms worse in this period.
My advice prevention is better than cure. Get treated by laser before your honeymoon..Don’t spoil your Honeymoon:-)
