Case Report: A Catholic Priest from Rome came with nasal blockage due to nasal adhesions (from a previous surgery) and nasal blockage causing mild OSA (OSA 78 with O2 saturation coming below 60%).

He suffers from day time sleepiness.

He is borderline hypothyroid and with BMI 29, overweight but not obese. Treating his nasal blockage should get rid of the apnea. A laser turbinectomy and release of nasal adhesion is being performed here.
