Although we would all know that falling asleep at work is not at all welcomed by any employer and the employer may terminating the employment of an employee suffering from OSA. The legal issues and economic burden from sleep-related breathing disorders is difficult to calculate.

He was sent home from one of the gulf countries ,dismissed from job as his room mate complained to the employer as he cannot tolerate sharing same room.He also had problem when he comes home, his wife sleep in a separate room.
