After the Rhinoplasty procedure,final packing and dressing is being done.
After the the surgery:
1. An Intransal silastic splints are kept for a week
2.Merocel Nasal packing kept for 24 hours
3.Steristrips are applied over nasal dorsum
4.Thermoplast cast applied over the dorsal pyramid.The cast must remain on your nose for one week after rhinoplasty surgery. It must be kept dry or it could become loose.
