The nose is the central feature of the face, many people are self-conscious of shape which they may regard as too big, too small or have some other
feature which they dislike.Injury to the nose is a common cause of saddle deformity. Occasionally, it is a characteristic which is inherited. This can also develop after surgery to the interior framework of the nose . In this case an SMR operation was done 5 years ago to improve the breathing but resulted in a flat nose.This is posted for Aumentation rhinoplasty using conchal and tragal cartilage grafts.Pre op planning is very important in any Rhinoplasty.
