External (open) Rhinoplasty is being performed to correct a saddle deformity with bulbous tip in a 22 year old girl in Jubilee Hospital, Trivandrum, Kerala, South India.The surgery done by Dr.K.O.Paulose and Dr Archana , and Dr.Thomas is the anesthetist.

Cosmetic Rhinoplasty:Final Suturing
Here an open Rhinoplasty for correction of saddle deformity and bulbous nasal tip is being performed.After correction, wound is closed by ethilon sutures. This procedure is done under controlled hypotensive anesthesia.
