Final suturing is very important in completing Rhinoplasty. A great deal of time is spent during suturing the columella. Every suture has to be perfectly placed in order to prevent any scarring.The sutures are removed after 5-7 days, and advised the patient to put an antibiotic ointment and give little finger massage.
