Large Adenoids are common cause of snoring , nasal obstruction, sinusitis and otitis media.The adenoids are removed if these symptoms persists even after medical treatment.It is called adenoidectomy.If the tonsils are involved, they also removed at the same time.Here nasopharyngoscopy shows enlarged adenoid in this child.
