Cow’s Urine can Cure Snoring and Sleep Apnea?

(By writing this I don’t want to hurt any animal lovers or urine therapist’s feelings).

You may feel bit sick, but it is true, in India any thing will sell given good advert. Believe it or not it is being sold in large quantities as spays, and syrup.

About Cow Urine Therapy

Cow has been equated to mother in the Indian tradition. Cows Milk and urine is very beneficial for overall health of human beings. The original scriptures of Ayurveda consider cow urine to be the elixir of life. Perhaps that is why; cow urine is an important part of many Indian rituals where it is taken as holy drink.

The laboratory analysis of cow urine shows that it contains nitrogen, sulphur, phosphate, sodium, manganese, carbolic acid, iron, silicon, chlorine, magnesium, citric, calcium salts, Vitamin A, B, C, D, E, minerals, lactose, enzymes, creatinine, hormones and gold acids- all needed in smaller amounts by the human body to balance the “tridosha”- vata, pitta and Kapha. Our body contains many micronutrients that give us strength for life. Cow’s urine meets the deficiency of these micronutrients in the body. It maintains the balance of these substances in our body and cures even the so called incurable diseases like cancer !!!.

However, according to Ayurveda Samgraha cow urine is used for medicinal purpose and says it is beneficial to cure many many illnesses. The use of gomutra (cow urine) in India can be traced back to the Vedic times and probably it was used in the prevedic period also.

In India, gomutra is used by the majority of rural population as folklore remedy in almost all the states. As per Ayurvedic literature, gomutra has katu, tikta, kashaya rasa, ushna-veerya (potency) kshra, laghu and deepana prabhav.

It is useful in number of diseases including cure of snoring and sleep apnea!!!!(its not my opinion)
