Before taking up a patient for surgical treatment , a detailed history from patient and the relative or spouse is obtained. A complete ENT examination is carried out in the Clinic. Then other tests like blood work up, ECG,X-ray chest, CT/MRI Imaging and most important Sleep study. Sleep Study (Polysomnogram PSG ) can be done at home, it is called Home Sleep Study and it is very reliable and comfortable for patients. The Patient must be evaluated by the anesthetist and a cardiologist before taking up for Surgery- Laser or RF Coblator.
