  Snoring and sleep apnea is very common in obese patient and vice verse.Type 2 diabetes also common in these patients as a complication of snoring sleep apnea.Here an obese patient weighing 115kg is undergoing surgery to cure severe OSA (500+), he was not able to survive on a CPAP.
