  Obesity, enlarged Tonsils and Adenoid cause loud snoring with obstructive sleep apnea in children.Sleep Apnea in children is a serious condition often undiagnosed. The treatment is by removing the Tonsils Adenoid and losing weight.CPAP is not indicated in such patients.
