Allergic Fungal sinusitis is common in south India. This is seen more in farmers, and villagers.This patient has got a large polypoid mass coming from the antrum, presented like an antrochoanal polyp, but on exploring, there was lot of fungal material.The tissue removed is sent for histopathology for confirmation.
